Shipping policy

All orders are shipped through Royal Mail delivery where possible.  The price of shipments will be calculated by the value of the order.

Packages being sent within the UK have 3 different costs:

Order Value	Price
up to £8.99	£1.99
£9.00 - £49.99	£3.99
£50 and over	Free

Due to the ongoing situation with Covid-19, Signed for delivery may not be an option.  When this is the case, non signed for delivery will be used.

Orders that exceed certain weights may then be shipped in segments, this is to allow shipping costs to remain low for the benefit of the customer.  The cost of additional packaging used will be included as part the costs outlined above.

International shipping is not currently being offered. Orders received from outside the UK will be cancelled.

Orders are aimed to be processed in 1-2 business days of the order being placed.  Orders within the UK will normally be with you within 3-5 business days, however this time scale is just an estimate and is subject to change at any given time. 

We reserve the right to alter shipping methods and couriers used at our discretion.
