Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
You have the right to amend/cancel your order up until the point that the order has been processed and is prepared for dispatch. Cancellations are subject to a 10% administration fee.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you must contact us at returns@deckmarket.net. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We are not liable for damage caused to the product while in transit in the process of a return. If a product is damaged, this must be reported at the time of requesting a return, otherwise the return may be rejected.
In the event of a product needing to be returned, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay the costs of shipping to return products to us. We are not liable to cover any extra costs incurred or damages caused to products in the process of returning them.

Items not delivered
A refund can only be provided for items not delivered if there is proof that the item was not delivered and also provided that the address given by the customer was correct. We are not liable for loss of product if the address provided by the customer is not correct.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method less 10% administration / re-stocking fee. Please note that original shipping costs will also be refunded but additional shipping costs incurred by returning the product(s) will not be refunded.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
